You will work under site leadership to learn and maintain an excellence-focused team; uphold The Metro Express Car Wash Core Values for customer service and operational excellence.Greets and assists customers through the car wash process with a smile and focused attentionInforms customers about promotions, sales, and memberships according to training standardsGuides customers through the entrance of the car washPromotes a safety conscious culture and safe working environmentEnsures customer satisfaction and loyaltyParticipates in facility, equipment, and property maintenanceGoes above and beyond to help customers, colleagues, and live by the Core ValuesRequirements:At Metro Express Car Wash, our core values that we live and operate by are Passion for Service, Ownership, and Grit.
