A busy dealership in Union is looking for an Experienced Motor Vehicle Clerk to join our team. Sick of being undervalued and underpaid? Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: •Package contracts overnight to financial institutions.•Prepare title paperwork, including processing all new and used vehicle registrations in and out•Input inventory control information (vehicle weights)•Heavy follow-up with banks on payoffs to ensure we receive the correct paperwork•Monthly reconciliation of the DMV fee schedule.*File ST-3 forms• Maintain a record of the motor vehicle for future MVC audit •Wholesale deals • Flipping titles Job Requirements Computer skills are necessary for automotive title administrators. A successful candidate will be highly organized with an eye for detail. Our ideal candidate will offer the following dd.Must have previous automotive dealership experience in a title clerk or billing clerk role • Provide additional support as needed.
