Platinum Recruiting is looking for two individuals.to work in Apartment Maintenance positions.M-F 8:00AM - 5:00PM$13.00/hr. Are you a motivated individual with a knack for maintenance and a passion for creating comfortable living spaces? Join our team as an Apartment Laborer and contribute to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a positive impact within our community. Position: Apartment Laborer Location: Cleveland, TN Key Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing fixtures, and replacing flooring to ensure apartments are in excellent condition. Conduct routine inspections of units to identify and address maintenance issues promptly. Assist with the preparation of vacant apartments for new residents, including cleaning, minor repairs, and coordinating with the leasing team. Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks to maintain the functionality of apartment units. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, including hallways, laundry rooms, and recreation facilities. Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize and complete work orders efficiently. Respond to resident service requests in a courteous and timely manner, striving to exceed their expectations. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations. Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment, and report any shortages or needs to the supervisor. Qualifications and Requirements: Valid Drivers License Required High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in maintenance, custodial work, or a related field is preferred. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality work. Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
