Start earning 53 CPM & up depending on verifiable experience – Don’t forget about their $100 tarp pay per load, for an additional $10,000 or more annually for all drivers. Through various incentivized programs and opportunities for advancement, Melton provides numerous ways for experienced drivers to excel in their careers and become recognized as leaders in the industry. Benefits: Make an average of $65,000 - $75,000 in your first year, and the opportunity to earn up to $100,000 annually! Earn 53 CPM - 60 CPM* Flexible OTR hometime - Bank unlimited days!
