The Transaction Monitoring Policy Adherence lead analyst is a senior-level position responsible for leading Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight, and regulatory reporting activities in coordination with First and Second line partners. The overall objective of this role is to lead in the development and management of a Transaction Monitoring and Currency Transaction Reporting program at Citi. Responsibilities: The position will support the AML Transaction Monitoring and Currency Transaction Reporting policy execution functions for NA Retail Bank by identifying trends/issues as well as determining root cause and recommending solutions to correct issues. In addition to issue work this role requires identification of enhancements to the workflow and coordinating these efforts between various stakeholders. The Transaction Monitoring program responsibility is to ensure AML Monitoring and Investigations groups are appropriately executing procedures, reporting key performance indicators, and driving for improvements in case investigations. The Currency Transaction Reporting responsibilities include, but are not limited to, being the key contact for NA Retail Bank for CTR requirements, assessments, and reporting. Additionally, the position will coordinate with the KYC teams on oversight of work within the CitiKYC platform that overlaps with Transaction Monitoring requirements and processes as required per policy. This includes both projects and initiatives outlined for the KYC and Transaction Monitoring projects and coordinating related workstream functions with key stakeholders across multiple lines of business. The position will also include analysis of customer impact on the AML process and supporting AML KYC Operations related to their AML work streams. Qualifications: - Ability to identify service gaps, process inefficiencies, technology opportunities and develop solutions.- Ability to interpret and understand policy while networking and building strong and effective relationships with key partners is a must.- 5-8 years’ experience in at least one of the following: Risk, Operation Risk, Risk Operations, or Project Management.- Demonstrated leadership working with stakeholders at multiple levels within and outside the NA Retail Bank business.- Ability to plan & work independently on required deliverables and deadlines.- Demonstrated ability to work in a transitioning environment (developing & establishing business as usual)- Goal oriented with strong communication skills both written and verbal.- Ability to work well in a team environment collaborating across diverse groups.- Bachelor’s Degree or related experience in similar field ------------------------------------------------- Job Family Group: Compliance and Control ------------------------------------------------- Job Family: Business KYC ------------------------------------------------------ Time Type: Full time ------------------------------------------------------ Primary Location: Jacksonville Florida United States ------------------------------------------------------ Primary Location Salary Range: $103,920.00 - $155,880.00 ------------------------------------------------------ Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
