Financial Analyst (onsite not remote) Requirements: 2 -3+ years of working experience as a Finance Analyst Must have experience preparing Bank Mortgage Reports High proficiency in financial modeling techniques Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills BS degree in Finance, Economics or related field Strong analytical and data gathering skills Financial Institution experience is a plus Good business acumen Real Estate Development/ Property Management experience Bilingual / fluent in English and Spanish a plus Responsibilities: Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support Report on Financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews Analyze past results, perform variance analysis , identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements Provide support in debt management, bank requirements, covenant reporting, etc. Perform financial forecasting , reporting (income statement, cash flows, balance sheet) and operational metrics tracking Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecast s Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models Note: This description indicates, in general terms, the type and level of work performed and responsibilities held by the team member(s).
