Service BDC Representative Here at St. Charles Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram, we are currently looking for 2 Service BDC Representatives, either full-time or part-time, to join our team! In our Service BDC office, we take care of getting our customers scheduled for the appropriate services needed. On a daily basis, the representatives are responsible for answering inbound calls from customers, making outbound calls to our current customers, answering e-mails from customers, and doing light office duties. Responsibilities:• Answer inbound phone calls• Place outbound phone calls• Answer e-mails from customers• Perform clerical duties• Keep on task throughout the work day Qualifications:• Organizational skills• Customer service skills• Keeping on task during the work day• Proficient at managing multiple platforms simultaneously Compensation: $13 - $14 About Company: Piemonte Family-owned 50+ year dealership located an hour west of Chicago.
