Responsibilities: • Develop training materials for new real estate agents for the brokerage and train them to ensure their performance meets our high standards• Assure all company policies and procedures and state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws are being followed by the agents and brokerage• Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sale• Grow the brokerage office by recruiting new realtors that will make excellent team members• Oversee all operational responsibilities of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and all real estate transactions• Cooperate with the leadership team on a retention strategy to ensure we keep our top-performing real estate agents• Recruit, mentor, and develop new agents• Oversee daily operations to ensure company success• Implement training materials and programs provided by the company• Drive growth and profitability of the brokerage Qualifications: • Strong understanding of the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance• Must have a managing broker’s license• 3+ years of experience as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent• Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team• Unparallelled communication and customer service skills Compensation: $100,000 potentially About Company: We are a full-service Real Estate Company ranked #3 in MLS in sold Transactions in our local Mobile, AL.
