Our law firm is expanding and needs an Intake Specialist to take client relations to the next level. You should be great on the phone, a naturally compassionate and empathetic listener, dedicated to customer service, and have a passion for helping those in need with utmost attention to detail. Responsibilities: • Book consultations for prospective clients with our lawyers to expand our caseload and ensure meeting schedules are accurate• Conduct various tasks around the office such as managing spreadsheets, writing emails, faxing and copying, and transcribing notes to make sure all processes run smoothly• Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard Qualifications: • CRM and case management software experience a plus• Skilled with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel• Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills• Customer service or sales experience a plus• Previous legal experience highly valued Compensation: $19 - $22 hourly About Company: DO YOU ALIGN WITH OUR CORE VALUES?
