Our top-producing team is in search of a Mortgage Loan Junior Processor with a minimum of 3 years of experience. If you love helping people and are driven to close loans quickly, we need to talk! You’ll help our senior processing team, to help handle the entire loan process, from contract to close. Responsibilities will include opening escrow and title, ordering VOEs, HOIs, HOA docs, helping the senior processors' input documentation in our LOS system, and maintain our submission board for clarity of files. Jobseekers should be excellent multitaskers who can work both independently and with a team to meet deadlines. Strong phone and technology skills and an eye for detail are also vital in this role. Responsibilities: • Update loan documentation in our system on a regular basis to ensure we have detailed records of the entire loan process • Oversee all loans coming through the pipeline to ensure the process is compliant and efficient• Acquire the files necessary for property and loan documentation, including the following: verification of employment, evidence of insurance, payoffs, tax transcripts, credit supplements, condo questionnaires, subordination requests, and title work to assure a smooth loan process• Act as a liaison between applicants, mortgage brokers and loan officers, real estate agents, and mortgage lending underwriters to help further loan approval Qualifications: • Highly attentive to detail, and has excellent organizational and time management skills• Superb communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills • Experience as a Loan Partner, Loan Officer, Processor, LOA,and/or Underwriter Compensation: $40,000+ (hourly with a per file basis pay structure) About Company: Join our family at Summit Lending!
