Skills/Requirements: The ideal candidate should have at least two years of real estate experience in areas involving buying and selling real estate, leasing, financing, development, and other matters related to real estate. Candidates should have excellent drafting and research skills and want to perform substantive work advising clients on various real estate matters. Responsibilities: Duties/Responsibilities : Work will include• Negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements• Leases and financing documents• Substantive title review and analysis• Myriad of other drafting and research projects related to real estate ownership• Development and conveyance, and advising clients on a range of other real estate issues Qualifications:• Juris Doctorate degree• Valid license to practice law in Colorado• Valid license to drive in Colorado and satisfactory driving record• The ability to use or learn various software programs including but not limited to, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, time entry software, and legal research software Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 yearly About Company: Ireland Stapleton Pryor & Pascoe, PC is a full-service Colorado commercial law firm.
