Wailian Education is a fast-growing education company dedicated to delivering superior education solutions to students who aim to study or work in the United States. They are currently seeking for a Bilingual (Mandarin & English) Education Program Coordinator to join their team in New York City. RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct education policy research based on the needs of different education programs; select and refine topics information Organize, coordinate, and execute project activities under the supervision of Program Manager Maintain client relationship, including introducing clients about program services and products, responding client inquiries, and conducting follow-ups Assist Program Manager in selecting and interviewing candidates for tutors Create marketing materials for different education programs Communicate and update with overseas’ team regarding project ongoing process QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or advanced degree; major in Education preferred At least 1-year of client relationship management experience preferred Ability to work with a flexible schedule Excellent writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams Excellent problem-solving skills and result-oriented Bilingual in English and Mandarin a must Powered by JazzHR
