Job Description: JOB SUMMARYThe Digital Marketing Manager at New Bern Auto Group is a full-time, individual contributor position. The role is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns and initiatives to build customer relationships, drive website traffic, and increase sales. The position is based in New Bern, North Carolina and the salary range is $50000 to $60000 per year, paid semimonthly.COMPENSATION & BENEFITSThis is a full-time position with a salary of $50000 to $60000 per year, paid semimonthly. In addition, a full suite of benefits is available including health, dental, and vision insurance, along with paid time off and other benefits.RESPONSIBILITIES• Design and execute digital marketing campaigns utilizing a variety of channels, such as email, social media, and search engine optimization.• Analyze customer data to identify trends, target new audiences, and create customized campaigns.• Track and monitor customer information and performance metrics (conversions, revenue, etc.) to optimize campaigns.• Develop and manage relationships with partners, websites owners, and awards vendors, as needed.• Oversee website content and design, ensuring it is up to date and optimized for user engagement.• Brainstorm new ideas and strategies to drive performance and increase reach.REQUIREMENTS• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital campaigns in an automotive dealership environment.• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, including SEM, SEO, and analytics.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess customer data and metrics.• Able to collaborate effectively with other teams and vendors.• Must possess a highly organized and detail-oriented mindset.EEOC STATEMENTNew Bern Auto Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer (M/F/D/V).
