DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESFood Preparation and Service Operations• Prepare food as assigned by the cook to include assisting with special events and activities as needed or directed. • Participate in serving the meal.• Set up and remove dishes from tables, including bussing tables during and after meals. Safety Operations• Clean equipment, appliances, floors, drains, storage area, refrigerator, freezer and sinks according to schedule.• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by following established safety precautions and operating procedures in the performance of all duties to include practicing the required infection control protocols, HACCP standards, city/state/federal regulations, and/or company policy/procedures; Sustain, monitor and record food temperatures, cooler and freezer temperatures, and cleaning schedules.• Follow established safety precautions and safe operating procedures in the performance of all duties; Follow fire safety policies and procedures; Report accidents and incidents immediately to supervisor.
