This is a hybrid position looking for someone that can go onsite to Rockville, MD about two times a week. Candidates for this position must be a US citizen and must be fully vaccinated. Responsibilities:Own execution for upcoming features and products, driving roadmap, specifications, and deliveryIdentify, assess and mitigate risks, provide visibility to management, anticipate and make trade-offs balancing the business needs versus constraintsScope projects into manageable chunks that enable us to quickly and efficiently release iterative productsLead team Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming), and provide Agile guidance for areas and ways to improveCollaborate with the engineering team and program managers to evolve team roadmap to align with the overall domain roadmap, identifying necessary investments and dependencies to support execution and delivery.Continue to improve our program management process, communication protocols, and operational procedures related to effective, on-time and to-scope software deliveryBasic Qualifications:At minimum 3 years of Technical Project Management experienceNeed software development experienceAbility to dive into technical details, understanding and providing input on overall technical designsAbility to breakdown a large and complex project into distinct and incremental deliverablesPMP experienceExcellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a clear attention to detailBachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experiencePowered by JazzHR
