The right hire will have up to 5 classes per week! Qualities and skills: Charismatic and passionate, fitness-orientated professional with leadership skills wanted for the highly successful fitness concept THE MAX Challenge Part Time-Flexible Evening Schedule. 5 am classes Classes are Monday-Friday Compensation: Hourly pay range per class, paid training, competitive pay opportunity for same early morning class in the time Mon-Fri coach members to success in an uplifting, fun and supportive environment choose your own playlists collaborate and write creative class plans 100% team environment More about us: Hybrid classes - both in-center and virtual simultaneously Member engagement & satisfaction our #1 priority All-inclusive program including an e easy-to-follow nutrition plan Positive environment + so much more!
