This company is looking to bring on a new administrative assistant to their team. This position will be responsible for, but not limited to: Performing first notice of loss (taking information from the insured about claim), Scheduling adjuster appointments, Scanning the settlement letters into the system and mailing to insureds, Electronic claims filing (in Company's Shared folders), and other admin duties for company (company daily mail distribution, admin tasks for office– printing, mailings, Fed-Ex) and other duties as assigned. Ideal candidates will be personable, driven, able to multi-task and have a hunger to learn. Candidates must be proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Adobe Acorbat.
