We are looking for a third small animal veterinarian in an independent private general practice. Position can be full time or part time for the right person. This is a busy suburban small animal and equine practice with a wide variety of medical cases in addition to preventative visits. We strive to provide excellent client education about pet care and medical treatment. The daily case load includes spay, neuter surgeries plus mass removals, cystotomy, gi foreign bodies, amputations, enucleations, splenectomies, and the occasional c-section. Medical cases can range from infectious disease to IMHA, CRF, to neoplasia to the spectrum of endocrine diseases. With digital radiography, IDEXX blood and urine machines, and electrocautery, our team of experienced cat wranglers and dog wrestlers can help provide excellent broad spectrum care, with the ability to refer for specialists. We do have a good working relationship with the local specialists for when we get a day of zebras.100% Health insurance, 401K, PLIT, state and national dues and licenses, CE allowance, DEA, vacation days for full time position.Applicant must be a doctor of veterinary medicine or veterinary medical doctor and hold Oklahoma Veterinary License and current DEA and be able to obtain Oklahoma controlled and dangerous drug license.
