Associate Engineer I/II Stockton East Water District. This position will remain open until filled. The first review of applications will begin Monday, March 9, 2020. Under general direction of the District Engineer, the Associate Engineer performs professional field and office engineering work related to the planning, design, modification, construction, and maintenance of the District's facilities; researches and analyzes water resources data and activities; guides technical engineering staff; provides engineering supervision on construction projects and performs related work as required.Education and experience requirements are: Completion of a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or closely related field; two (2) years professional engineering experience preferred for Level I, or two (2) years professional engineering experience and a Professional Engineering license; or an equivalent level of experience and licensing for Level II, preferably with a Water District or public water agency.
