TEAM 21 Group LeaderThe TEAM 21 program is seeking energetic, creative, and dedicated individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of school-age youth. Duties include supervising groups of students in a summer program setting, planning and implementing educational and recreational activities, and general mentorship of youth. Elementary and middle school positions are available; please specify any age preference in the application materials. 27 hours per week, Monday - Thursday, with occasional Friday or weekend responsibilities. $12.00/hour starting wage. Most positions are scheduled to begin the first week of June, but there are some immediate openings for the current after school 17 hour/week Group Leader position as well.Qualifications: Position requires experience working with children in a structured program setting, or background and/or interest in education, recreation or other child-related fields. Must be creative, organized, possess excellent communication skills, be at least 18 years of age, and possess a high school diploma. College coursework preferred.
