Description:
School of Communication Disorders & Deafness *Revised* Speech-Language Pathology (Multiple Positions) - to teach a range of undergraduate and graduate courses in the field of communication sciences and disorders, including course work in our clinical doctorate (SLPD) program. Program need is for expertise in 1) neurogenic language disorders in adults; 2) motor based speech and voice disorders in children and adults; 3) speech and hearing science and their application to clinical practice, but other areas may be considered. A robust research agenda, past and future, is highly desirable. Faculty will provide supervision of clinical practica; advise students; guide student research; and perform all other duties associated with university faculty positions. Positions are based at the Union campus, but some may include assignments at Ocean. Qualifications: Doctorate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders (or its equivalent); experience with university-level teaching; and an established research agenda is required. ABD considered with completion date by September 1, 2020.
