Job Title: Production SupervisorDepartment: B-Shift Process Reports To: Job Duties: Assisting with operation of assigned department, along with assisting and collaborating with other departments.Responsibilities of the job include:• Planning and organizing and follow production schedules as directed by Production Manager/Plant Superintendant• Conducts daily production changes• Comply and follow USDA,OSHA, SQF quality control standards• Taking direction from the Plant Superintendant for production processes• Time management skills• Writing work orders and managing of "down time"• Perform all daily Production ReportsSkills and abilities of Performing the Job:• Confidence• Technical skills• Time management skills• Organization• Interpersonal skills• Problem solving skills• Excel, word spreadsheet knowledge• Communication skills(Verbal and Written)• Team working skillsWorking Conditions:• The duties are to be performed in a cold/wet working environment• Must demonstrate a flexible work schedule• Must be able to bend, lift, stand, walk, stoop, reach above and below shoulders(lift 30 to 90 pounds intermittently and may assist with lifting)Physical Stressors: Legs, arms, shoulders, knees, back, feet, hands fingersEducation and Experience:• Experience in production and manufacturing processes • Experience with quality systems and standards• Experience with health and safety standards and compliance• Experience with process improvement techniques• Experience with computer skills recblid 62pojg2k9c3421a3l0ozkn2fhxzefk
