JOB SUMMARY Overview: Lehigh Valley, a DFA Dairy Brands Company in Lansdale, PA is seeking 2 Fleet Maintenance Mechanics to join our team. As a Fleet Maintenance Mechanic, you will perform routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet of Tractors, Refrigerated Trailers, and Refrigerated Trucks. Key responsibilities include, but not limited to the following: * Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on fleet vehicles and transport refrigeration vehicles. * Routine Maintenance, oil changes, electrical services, and lubrication. * Assist with addressing pending vehicle repairs. * Maintain equipment to desired performance levels. * Accurately record time, parts, and PM inspection checklists. * Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all fleet vehicles including refrigeration units. * Perform prescribed Preventative Maintenance services. * Disassemble, inspect, and replace worn or faulty parts. Install and adjust new and repaired parts. Including engines, transmissions, braking systems, steering systems, differentials, drive lines, suspensions, lighting systems, DEF systems, exhaust systems. * Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management. OUR MECHANICS FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE: * Earn annual salary of up to $85000 including overtime. * Possible hourly premium for certification including state inspection, Class A CDL and refrigeration certificate. * This position is eligible for a sign on bonus of $5,000. Paid in three installments during the first year of employment. $1,250 after 3 months of employment $1,250 after 6 months of employment and $2,500 after completing one year of employment.
