The San Tan Remote Engine Test Facility isseeking to add an experienced electrician to support its facilities and testoperations.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for fabricating, maintaining, and testing electrical systems and components to support the development and certification across Honeywell’s entire product line of aircraft engines. You’ll use your experience and expertise to help set up and troubleshoot our engine test setups and maintain our electrical facilities and systems. You will collaborate with other experienced engineers and technicians to provide an outstanding test experience for our customers that applies best practices to achieve world-class results.Maintaining test cell equipment (pumps, control equipment, circuitry)Troubleshooting electrical systems (PLCs, 480/240/208/120 a/c circuits, d/c circuits)Build and fabricate harnesses, control panels, etc. per engineering drawingsU.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.YOU MUST HAVEHigh School DiplomaMinimum of 2-year electrical apprenticeship5+ years of experience in Electronics, Electrical Technology, or similarWE VALUEAn understanding of electronics and industry standard processes, particularly, IPC-A 610Working knowledge of the NECAbility to make / repair cables and connectionsExperience in SolderingAbility to operate forklift / scissor lift / tractorAbility to read and interpret blueprints and schematicsExperience working in a test environmentFamiliarity with lab equipment such as multimeters, frequency generators, and oscilloscopesExcellent planning, execution, and project-management skillsStrong tendency toward action, accountability and ownership.Good interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with other individuals in a team setting as well as with customers to define requirements and provide support.Additional InformationJOB ID: HRD215220Category: EngineeringLocation: Honeywell San Tan Remote Test Facility / 2799 Bob Bowde,Bowden Blvd.,Queen Creek,Arizona,85242,United StatesNonexemptEngineering (EMEA)Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
