Morris Area Schools is accepting applications for a 1.0 FTE Agriculture/Industrial Technology Teaching Position beginning with the 2020-2021 school year. This position requires a valid Minnesota Teaching license.The position will be teaching a variety of agriculture courses along with involvement in a strong FFA program. Course assignments may include Horticulture, Ag Business, Animal Science, Food Science, Welding, Ag Leadership, Ag Processing, Natural Resources and Intro to Ag Coursework. Responsibilities will include developing lesson plans, conducting classroom instruction, evaluating and assessing both instructional material and student performance. Other responsibilities include developing strong SAE programs and cultivating community relationships with students. An extended contract will be provided for weekend and summer hours.
