Information Technology Support SpecialistPosition Concept:• Provide Tier 1 level technical and troubleshooting assistance to members related to CAAR programs, platforms, and products such as multiple listing service & related tools• Support the technical efforts of the CAAR staff team in all departments including but not limited to membership, education, and communications.Areas of Responsibility• Provide Tier 1 level technical and troubleshooting assistance to members related to CAAR programs, platforms, and products (such as multiple listing service and related services)• Support inner-office technology, software and equipment (such as member database, server network, cameras, signage, communication tools)• Diagnose technical problems for customers or colleagues• Upgrading, service, and maintain all hardware and software for the Association• Create and maintain internal technical supplies inventory• Support the Central Virginia School of Real Estate (such as registration assistance, payment reconciliation, and record maintenance for DPOR & CAAR)• Support the CAAR education calendar (venue set-up & tear-down, prepare handouts, and manage facility and supplies the day of the event)• Support the Association's electronic communication plan with direction from the Director of Marketing & Communications (email, social media, database management)• Other duties as assignedEducation & Experience:• Bachelor's degree preferred.• Minimum of two (2) years recent work experience in association management or equivalent discipline, with priority given to REALTOR® Association experience.Position Requirements:Working conditions can be fast-paced and will require limited local travel for meetings, some evenings and weekends.1.
