Crew LeaderWest Coast Tomato Growers, Inc. located in Oceanside, CA, is seeking 3 temporary Crew Leaders to supervise work on tomatoes & Brussels sprouts in fields.Contract period: July 15, 2019 through December 8, 2019. Must have 2 months work experience in farm work with tomatoes in fields. Experience include non-harvest activities, specifically planting, staking, pruning, topping & defoliating plants.Wage offered: $14.92 per hour Higher or different wage rates may apply during contract period based on market conditions, and/or crop/job activity, but no less than the required rate. A discretionary performance bonus may apply. 3/4 of the work hrs. guaranteed. Tools & equipment provided at no cost to the worker. Free housing is provided to workers who cannot reasonably return to their permanent residence at the end of the work day.
