The Evaluation Analyst will collaboratively support evaluation for a range of projects across the evaluation lifecycle. RESPONSIBILITIES Contributes to the full life-cycle activities of evaluation from clarifying program goals/developing a logic model through data analysis, reporting and learning; contributes to multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborates with stakeholders across the organization as well as with external partners to develop and implement evaluation plans. Develops and supports administration of qualitative and quantitative data collection instruments (e.g., focus group and interview protocols, survey instruments, rubrics, site visit protocols, and observation protocols). Manages, organizes and cleans quantitative and qualitative data in a regular and reproducible fashion using a combination of tools (including Salesforce, Stata, Dedoose, R, Excel, GitHub). Conducts quantitative data analysis and prepares statistics, tables, and graphs to convey results to stakeholders. Synthesizes evaluation results for use in the development of internal and external facing products (e.g., reports to funders, blog articles). Facilitates meetings with internal and external stakeholders to communicate evaluation findings and facilitate learning. Contributes to tools and process improvement techniques that serve the evaluation team in its workflow with internal and external partners. Coaches and supports peers. Demonstrated skills in evaluating program implementation, impact or effectiveness. Experience in applied research and evaluation of entrepreneurial education is a plus. Experience collecting qualitative data - for example, conducting interviews or focus groups, and performing qualitative data analysis (identifying themes). Familiarity with qualitative software (e.g., Dedoose, Nvivo) is a plus. Experience developing and cleaning/analyzing survey data. Familiarity with survey development (e.g., Survey Gizmo, Qualtrics) and quantitative analysis software (e.g., Stata, R, SPSS). Able to work on multiple, diverse projects simultaneously Outstanding written and oral communication skills with an ability to articulate and synthesize information in a compelling and organized manner. Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to succeed and thrive in an environment with competing and changing priorities and tight deadlines. Track record of and ability to build solid, collaborative working relationships; strong team player who enjoys "customer service." Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Highly adaptable and comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity.
