The Judge Group is currently seeking a multiple Production Supervisors for a GROWING manufacturing facility located near Birmingham, AL.Responsibilities:*Will supervise the production floor to ensure on-time production and/or delivery.*Will Train employees to produce above efficiency.*Responsible for evaluating and maintaining quality standards.*Responsible for enforcing safe work practices and good sanitation/housekeeping procedures*Responsible for keeping machines running and working efficiently while reporting and repairs that need to be completed.*Responsible for recommending any improvement in methods and equipmentQualifications & Requirements:*Bachelor's degree is not required, but a plus!*Must have 3+ years of direct supervisory experience within a manufacturing facility*Formal continuous improvement experience is highly desired*Experience with KPIs and production metrics*Experience within a labor intensive manufacturing processes a plus!**All qualified candidates are encourage to email current resumes to jhoms judge.com**UI 697048
