Job Description Trustle gives parents access to an expert in early childhood development who knows them and knows their child. They provide evidence-based information and coaching to help the parents manage the tougher times, create an environment that's right for their unique child, and find joy in parenting. With Trustle, you can affect change right at the heart of this by supporting parents. Through coaching, advice, empathy, and advocacy you will help parents create the safe, loving and stimulating environment that their children need. What you'll do You'll use your experience with young children to help parents navigate the complicated and occasionally overwhelming role of being a great parent. You'll be their point of contact for any questions they have or challenges they're facing, and you'll share information or co-create a plan to help. You'll have a dedicated clinician to consult when a question or challenge is particularly complex. You'll do the majority of this through text, but you will also spend time with parents over video chat. When & where you want. From the train on the way to work to your couch after your kids have gone to bed, you can work whenever and wherever you choose. As much as you want. Work part-time and looking for a flexible way to supplement your income? Work full time or have kids and looking for a few extra hours? You can take on as many families as fit with your schedule. How you want. You can dedicate a specific time each day to Trustle, respond to parents throughout the day, or change it up as you go! How you work is up to you. Requirements We're looking for dedicated early childhood behavior specialists who care about supporting parents. Generally, applicants should have 10 years of experience working with young children, and a master's degree or other training beyond a bachelor's.
