Department: AdministrationReports to: Store ManagerSupervises: None Purpose:Provide administrative duties for dealership location and sales department. Works closely with store manager on day-to-day operations. Responsibilities: Receive visitors and telephone calls ensuring these individuals are directed to the proper parties within the dealershipAssist in maintaining customer accounts on a daily and monthly basis Review purchase orders ensuring information is accurate and submits supporting paperwork to the Accounting DepartmentDistribute mail and maintain dealership filesAssist in drafting and types standard letters and memoranda as requested and prepare documents for distributionProvide administrative support to the sales, parts, and service departments as requiredCoordinate location’s eventsPerform all other related administrative functions as needed and directed by site manager Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge: Solid clerical expertiseGeneral accounting knowledgeStrong people and communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsAbility to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and ExcelHigh School degree or equivalent experience Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
