Scope and responsibilities:PracticeTek is seeking a Vice President of Marketing. As our VP, you will lead the Platform marketing effort across our retail healthcare verticals and oversee the entire marketing strategy and accompanying campaigns. Strong strategic and analytical thinking with strong business industry acumen is essential in this role. We expect you to be well-versed in current technology trends and familiar with a variety of business and marketing concepts, and methodologies. You will be tasked with thoroughly understanding the B2B retail healthcare technology market. You will also direct our marketing operations center while collaborating sales and product teams to define our messaging and go-to-market strategy. You should be just as comfortable manipulating and analyzing data as you are speaking to sales strategy and marketing concepts. You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer at PracticeTek. Specific Responsibilities:Develop marketing strategy by identifying customers and their current and future needs, considering near-term and long-term opportunities for growth, and monitoring the competition.Create a marketing strategy for every company in every vertical that capitalizes on both demand and lead generation.Measure and increase market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each solution area and directing related campaigns.Assist with customer-relations programs and determining company presence at trade shows, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.GTM management: work with product management to successfully launch new products/solutions.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to continually monitor how the retail healthcare market is changing and evolving.Ensure consistency in branding and accuracy for all print and digital marketing content.Develop the tasks and timeline of marketing activities each month and work with other marketing resources to assign tasks and monitor workload.Understand and analyze the marketing metrics to make data-driven decisions on marketing tactics.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.Curate and manage strategic of tradeshows, sponsorships etc. by brand in all verticals.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Proven SaaS demand generation and brand growth experienceProven working experience (8+ years) in digital marketing, messaging, brand management, and content creationExperienced in long-term marketing strategies and measuring impact through clear KPI’sAbility to use marketing analytics to monitor trends that drive organizational excellenceDemonstrable experience leading and managing email, social media and/or display advertising campaignsExperience managing marketing agency relationships, performance, and accountability to resultsHighly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivateSolid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.)Experience working with HubSpot or like marketing automation platforms for campaign management, lead generation and lead nurture, and reportingExperience with optimizing PPC campaigns on appropriate search enginesExperience optimizing landing pages and user workflows, customer experience, and conversion rampingExperience reporting, communicating, and developing a regular cadence with the senior leadership team Proven project management skills5+ years with strong leadership experienceSaaS Healthcare technology background is a plusPERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:High energy and strong work ethic, self-motivated, self-reliant, high integrity, hands-on leader, sleeves-up team player.Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
