We believe, promote and put Safety 1st Be able to walk, bend, twist and maintain sure footedness on sometimes uneven or unstable ground Be able to lift up to 75lbs Spend about 80% of the time on your feet, working at the jobsite Tolerate temperature extremes, sometimes from very cold to very hot while performing job tasks Be able to enter and exit pick-ups and highway trucks on the jobsite and operate such trucks as directed in a safe manner Be able to operate switches, controls, mud mixers, etc. Be able to wear a seat belt or combination lap/shoulder belt along with eye and ear protection, hardhat, safety vest, safety work boot, etc. Be able to use vibrating equipment for long periods of time Be able to use shovel, wrenches, hand tools, etc. Procedures, ordinances, and rules involved in performing manual laborer on the jobsite Hazards and applicable safety rules and precautions for Topman position Qualified candidates should submit their resume and salary requirement for consideration or apply online at www.sjlouis.com .
