Work Location: Sarasota, FL As part of this role, you will: Enroll and provide information to patients about a variety of supportive programs (e.g. housing, healthcare, etc..) Provide follow-up and education to patients regarding health coverage Attend community events and distribute outreach materials Create patient payment plans What you need to bring to this role: High School Diploma or GED required 2+ years' experience with determining program eligibility required Ability to complete & obtain ACA Marketplace Certification or other certifications as needed Proficient in Microsoft Office required Ability to move between sites as needed (with mileage reimbursement) Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Excellent listening and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively interact with patients/customers in stressful situations Detail oriented with an organized mind-set Must be flexible, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities **MCR Health is a drug free workplace.
