Millennium Home Care is growing again! We are currently looking to fill a full-time front desk position for the Port Charlotte office. JOB REQUIREMENTS Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges. Take and relay messages Deal with queries from the public and customers Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness Provide general administrative and clerical support Prepare correspondence and documents Makes photo c opies, fax and scan documents as required Tidy and maintain the reception area Track and monitor outstanding and incoming physician orders Performs other duties as required. Education and Experience high school diploma knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures knowledge of computers and relevant software application to include Microsoft Excel knowledge of customer service principles and practices keyboard skills previous home care experience preferred, but will train the right person Key Competencies verbal and written communication skills professional personal presentation customer service orientation organizing and planning attention to detail initiative reliability stress tolerance JOB PERKS: Competitive salary based on level of experience.
