LS Technologies is seeking an experienced and professional Program Analyst to provide support in the areas of financial analysis, data management, program control, and regulatory compliance for the CTC Program Management Office supporting the U.S. Government Federal Aviation Administration. Candidate would be a reliable self-starter who can contribute and grow with our organization. Responsibilities Support internal and external stakeholders as needed Develop spreadsheets, briefings, and other program documents Enter datasets relative to the contract, compile, perform analysis and reconciliation Prepare regular and special financial reports Review monthly orders of contract requirements Perform monthly invoice reconciliation and validation with completeness, accuracy and conformance with procedures Track and maintain funding for different projects within the contract Update and maintain contract budget in accordance with changes throughout the fiscal year Qualifications and Preferred Skills 3 -5 years of relevant experience Intermediate level skills using MS Office, particularly Excel Deltek and Costpoint experience Knowledge of FAA financial systems Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work Attentive and strategic thinker who possesses problem solving skills Education Bachelor's degree preferred Job Posted by ApplicantPro
