The Golf Shop Attendant will primarily assist Members/Guests in all Golf Shop-related areas and provide a world-class experience for Members and guests of the Club. Congressional Country Club is looking for Team Members that believe the impossible is possible. Driven to continuously make a positive impact on the organization and believe that as a team we accomplish. What will be expected of you: Arranges and display Pro Shop inventory Assists with Golf Pro Shop merchandising, cleaning (vacuums and dust), and restocking Records all sales transactions Operates point of sale (POS) system Assists in packing and unpacking inventory Assists in special orders Assists with special promotions and sales Assist with tee time and tournament registration. Assist members with questions Answer all phone calls to the Golf Shop How we determine your qualifications: Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent; some colleges preferred Previous customer service retailing experience Able to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system Outstanding customer service skills PGA Apprentice working to attain PGA Professional status desirable Enthusiastically promote the game of golf Knowledge of and ability to perform the required roles in emergency situations Benefits: Seasonal and Part-Time opportunities are available Complimentary meals Complimentary parking Health, Dental & Vision Insurance (Available for Full and Part-Time Team Members) Employee Discounts Golf, Tennis, Fitness Apparel/Items CCC is an EOE Job Posted by ApplicantPro
