For years, Retirement Education Partners (REP) has advised clients in multiple aspects of life insurance and retirement plan solutions. We provide a total retirement solution through our retirement planning services. Our office is located in Jasper, TX. Financial Sales Representatives: This is a full-time, in-office, and travel position . The REP Financial Sales Representative will service new and existing client accounts and perform sales and service functions of existing client policies. Duties & Responsibilities of REP Financial Sales Representative: Manage assigned client base with REP to establish rapport and develop more in-depth relationships with the clients. Prepare and submit various applications and forms to our financial institution partners. Generate and pursue new client account opportunities. Maintain quick communication with clients via email/text/voice. Maintain awareness of product changes, tax-code updates, and changes with various carriers. Plan, coordinate, and hold group presentations for employee enrollments. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client and account issues with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) on behalf of clients and REP. Manage account annual review process and make recommendations in the best interest of the client. Follow established processes and protocols. Meet or exceed the required level of Key Performance indicators (KPIs), and sales- goals in all measured areas. Qualifications Needed: Texas Life and Health License At least 2 - 3 years experience in customer service. At least 2 years experience in the life insurance industry. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional conduct and appearance which enhances company image. Must have exceptional computer and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Advanced experience is a plus. Excellent planning, organizational, and management skills. Individuals should prioritize and plan work activities efficiently. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team. Be motivated to contribute and have a positive, team-first attitude. This position requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines. Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. This position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job position. Must be able to clear credit and criminal background checks.
