Basic Functions: Provides various facility support to banking locations including deliveries, inventory management, and additional administrative tasks. Essential Functions: Provide excellent customer service to internal employees Maintain the inventory system, the bank's Supply Room, and physical inventory Pick up and deliver outgoing mail, interoffice envelopes, supplies and other items as needed to each bank location in Decatur, IL. Transport Mortgage Department special deliveries twice a day for title companies, tax payments, etc. Pick up and deliver outgoing mail to and from the US Post Office in Decatur, IL and sort post office mail by department for delivery Maintain Decatur Banking Centers' proof work, as directed by bank policy including proper record retention requirements Maintain the bank vehicles including gas, oil change, tire inflation, etc. ATM mechanical and drive up support Order, purchase and pick up from Sam's Club, Wal-Mart, and other vendors as needed Manage company recycling program for the Decatur, IL locations Provide administrative support for Operations as needed Provide support and back up when the Facility Manager is out of the office Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must have a valid driver's license with an excellent driving record Ability to lift up to 50lb Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time Ability to occasionally crouch, stoop, or kneel Oral communication skills Dependability Confidentiality Training and Experience: High School diploma Previous banking experience, preferred This is a fulltime, non-exempt position eligible for a robust benefit package.
