Walk In Interviews at our Main Office Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am-1:00pm Location: 250 Marcus BLVD Hauppauge, NY 11788 Immediate Opportunities Available Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) Full Time Tuesday-Saturday 7:00am- 3:30pm located at 31 bed ICF in Commack Part Time Sunday & Monday 12:00am -8:00am Part Time Sunday & Monday 4:00pm-12:00am Part Time Sunday & Monday 8:00am- 4:00pm Part Time Friday & Saturday 8:00am-4:00pm Part Time Thursday & Friday 12:00am-8:00am Positions located at our Children's Residence in Central Islip Part Time Sunday & Monday 12:00am-8:00am Part Time Friday and Saturday 4:00pm-12:00am located in Central Islip residence Responsibilities: Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, assist in the overall health and safety of the individuals served. Job Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Generate incident, seizure, and illness reports Monitor and report health care on daily flow report records Instruct direct support professionals in the above, i.e., hygiene, diet, weights, etc. Submit written monthly, quarterly, annual nursing/medical progress notes Required education: Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and one to six months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
