We are in over 100 markets in the U.S., becoming the largest replacement window company in the country.We are currently seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative for our office in St. Louis, MO. In this role, you are the voice of Renewal by Andersen. You will be the customers first contact after a sale is made. You will answer any initial questions they may have and be their contact through the life cycle of the installation. You will work closely with other teams to ensure a smooth transaction. Experience/Requirements 2+ years' experience in customer service role over the phone Experience deescalating customer issues while building brand value Experience listening to the customer and understand what their needs Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
