Supervisor for Window Washing company. Janus Building Services is seeking dependable applicants for Supervisor for local retail and commercial businesses. Applicants must pass a background check, have reliable transportation and have a valid driver's license and be able to pass DOT certification. Must have prior Supervisor Experience. Duties and responsibilities include supervising window cleaning crews for commercial and retail businesses. Applicants must have prior Supervisory experience. Applicants must be able to work from ladders as well as standing, climbing, and bending multiple times daily and are able to handle heights as high as 80ft in the air. Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Applicants need to be able to communicate with customers professionally and must be able to work in Midwest climates. Positions are available in the Quad Cities area. Applicants must be dependable, honest, and trustworthy. Attendance is extremely important . The employer will do a background check. EOE $15.00 up to $17.00 per hour depending on experience. Health benefit, vacation.
