A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DISHWASHER / BUSSER As a Dishwasher / Busser, you clear tables after guests leave and wash dishes while following dishwashing machine and sink procedures. Throughout the day, you develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and other employees. Each hour, you check the restrooms to ensure proper stocking levels of supplies and the cleanliness of the facilities. You mop floors as necessary and dispose of all trash properly. And your care of the restaurant includes being outside and making sure the parking lot is clear of debris, setting the tone for the guest experience. When necessary, you stock and rotate supplies in the service areas and dining room. You find great satisfaction in helping our customers enjoy a clean dining experience!
