SUMMARY CTI Ready Mix ("RM") is looking for a self-motivated and experienced truck driver to deliver concrete in the Marshalltown and surrounding areas. Requires a Class A or B CDL with air brake endorsement. Pay starting at $21 and up. Top of pay scale after 2 years! OT at time and a half available and still home EVERY NIGHT !! Vacation, Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) benefits. Winter work is available. Advancement opportunities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Drive a mixer truck to and from job sites delivering concrete to customers. Inspect concrete prior to delivery for product at the point of delivery. Ensure customer is satisfied with the product at the point of delivery, Other duties as assigned by management Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits 401k Retirement Plan with Matching Contribution HOME EVERYDAY! QUALIFICATIONS: Class A or B CDL with Air Brakes endorsement (m ust maintain valid CDL while employed). Clean background and MVR (m ust pass DOT driver background check). Must pass DOT driver background check. Must pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.
