Here's what you'll be doing: Process all incoming media through email, fax or mail Receive and identify correspondence such as disputes, inquires, notifications and a wide variety of other various types of letters Pay particular attention that all correspondence is directed to the proper parties or individuals Prepare for and participate in client audits ensuring all procedures were correctly executed Enter data and maintain client spreadsheets Here's what we want: A team member with a concern for order, quality and accuracy Computer proficiency, including Word and Excel The ability to work independently and meet department deadlines on a daily basis High School diploma or equivalent Ready to take that next step in your career?
