Implementing disciplinary procedures, staff morale, daily shift reports, and communication of new information to staff as well as communicating with parents/ members. SHIFT: QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 18 years old or older Minimum of High School Education; formal training in Early Education or Child Development preferred Able to practice professionalism, displaying confidentiality while learning, following, and enforcing, local Y and national guidelines related to internal policy Experience in working with school-age children or youth programs
