The Role As an Office Administrator, you will be trained to specialize in one of our 4 Insurance Claims Management Departments: Recovery, Tow & Storage, Vehicle Title Claims Insurance, Vehicle Appraiser & Inspection Assignment, and Salvage. Essential Functions Tasks could include: Following up on existing auto insurance claims Making/Taking inbound and outbound calls Computer work, data entry, typing Email and phone correspondence Reviewing, printing, scanning, and filing documents Preparing and mailing shipments Confirming and negotiating tow services and bills Performing general office duties and administrative tasks as assigned
