We seek an ambitious Civil Engineering Intern with a desire to learn. You will be fully immersed in our culture. Emphasis is placed on mentorship and connection across all business lines while you work alongside the team. Essential Functions: Assist with engineering tasks in support of multiple ongoing projects. Gain exposure to preliminary design, final design, and construction support services. Support the Construction team through layout and plan production, quantity calculations, design calculations, site visits, data entry, and other support tasks for Construction team. Other job duties as assigned. Skills, Experience, Education, and Training: Completed at least one year of college education, working towards a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Currently enrolled and in good standing at an accredited college/university. Ability to report onsite. This position is not remote. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to be effective in complex projects with ambiguity or rapid change. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others in a team environment. Detail-oriented, with an emphasis on accuracy and completeness. Physical Demands: Sit/Stand up for long periods. Must be able to lift 25lbs. Wear Level D PPE when required: work clothes, safety boots, high visibility clothing, safety glasses, and hard hats. PPE will be provided for this position.
