This is a great opportunity to build your career in retail - Big 10 Mart is growing and we like to promote from within. Our most successful team members become shift leads, assistant managers and even store managers. This is for a FT Floating team member who will have a consistent schedule each week but working location may differ each day at a regionally located store. The schedule for this position will be Tuesday - Saturday generally from 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Here are the details on this opportunity: Position summary: Provides customer service to Big 10 Mart customers. Cleans, stocks, runs a point-of-sale system, and helps maintain the environment of the store. May prepare food as necessary. Report directly to the District Manager and receive notification each day prior to shift which regionally located store you will report to. The territory covered would be within a 10-mile radius of each other. Experience and Education: Education: High School diploma or Equivalent required Experience: None needed, 6 months of retail experience preferred. Physical Requirements: Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally Stand for long periods of time Ability to communicate verbally and in writing Crouch, crawl, squat, climb as required For full time team members, we offer full benefits including health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, a 401(k)-retirement plan with company match, holidays and paid time off.
