Knapheide Truck Equipment Center in Phoenix, AZ is looking to hire a Production Lead for the Box Truck line to ensure production schedules and product quality standards are met. This full-time position works Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM; additional overtime as needed or required. At Knapheide, you're more than an employee. You'll train and assist installers as required to reduce delays and ensure best practices are consistently followed throughout the facility. You'll conduct pre-audit inspections of all vehicle and initiate corrective action or rework when necessary.
